Tiny houses are exceptionally popular, but you have to wonder how people live in such small spaces. Despite the smaller area, tiny homeowners find clever ways to maximize their space by organizing shelves and using innovative storage ideas.
I am not blessed with a strong sense of organization. Like most people, I have a “closet of many things” that has only grown with time. I grew up with junk drawers and a multitude of catch-all places in my home. Recently, I decided to maximize the space I have with the storage and organization essentials offered by The Hardware Hut.
Kitchen Drawer Organization Ideas
Drawers seem to have a magnetic ability to collect stuff, often until the drawer is so full it’s difficult to open. Most of my guilt comes from our kitchen utensil drawer, where all my big utensils were crammed together, slipping and sliding everywhere.

If you’re like me, the cabinet under the kitchen sink never stays organized, there are some great under sink base cabinet organizers to choose from. It’s often tough to reach items way in the back, and smaller objects like sponges and gloves get lost and smashed under other things. A sink front tip-out tray, sometimes referred to as a false front tray, is an ideal solution for this problem. Or you can keep often-used supplies close to hand with an undersink basket with removable caddy.

Having trouble organizing shelves?
