Pacific Northwest Fall 2022 Showcase of Homes - The Hardware Hut

Pacific Northwest Fall 2022 Showcase of Homes

Each year when fall rolls around, builders in the Inland Northwest get a chance to showcase their new residential builds in two huge home shows, the Spokane Home Builders Association Fall Festival of Homes and the North Idaho Building Contractors Association Parade of Homes. Each show highlights the best residential homes of the season in various price ranges and reveals the latest in technology and innovation. Our parent company, Spokane Hardware Supply, Inc. is a proud supplier of hardware for over 40% of the showcased builders. This year, we had the pleasure of touring the homes to check out their different construction styles, architecture, and interior designs! Here are just a few of the amazing homes we got to see!
