Every year around this time the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA) produces the Parade of Homes, showcasing North Idaho\u2019s best new residential homes of the season. Participating homes reveal the latest technological advances and design trends of the year. It\u2019s also an incredible opportunity for builders, trade contractors, and suppliers like us, to share the projects we’ve helped bring to life within our communities. <\/span>Our industry, along with many others, is facing unique challenges regarding supply chain and lead time issues. Subsequently, the homes in this year’s parade are even more impressive than usual. This year\u2019s NIBCA Parade of Homes has come to a close and hardware was on grand display. We’re excited to give you the 2021 NIBCA Parade of Homes hardware tour. <\/span>We specified hardware for three award-winning NIBCA homes, voted on by a panel of regional building industry experts.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. The Pasture View by Anthem Pacific Homes<\/h2>\n

The Pasture View by Anthem Pacific Homes<\/a> is this year\u2019s big winner of Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite & Bath, Best Interior & Floorplan, and Best Use of Innovation for the Spruce price tier ($$$$). This home is located in the new Post Falls, ID community of Tranquil Meadows.<\/span><\/p>\n
