Description

This multi-sized, universal mounting commercial grade door closer combines rugged durability, optimum control of swinging doors and a complete range of spring power adjustment. Standard, separate and independent, latch, sweep and adjustable backcheck intensity valves. All standard arm applications swing 180º conditions permitting. Hold Open: Achieved by means of friction or ball and detent/ roller.

Ball and detent or roller hold open is effective in a range of 85° to 110°. Hold open arm door closers are not permitted to be used on fire door assemblies

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in "Re-Saleable Condition", in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
