Description
The Rixson Medium Duty Center Hung Door Pivot, for exterior and interior doors up to 500lbs.
- Complete Set: Includes bottom pivot and Rixon Model 340 top pivot.
- Door Sizes up to 3'8" x 8'6"; Minimum 1-3/4" thick.
- Pivot point centered in thickness of door, non-handed.
- Single or double acting, doors do not return to center.
- Double acting unless stopped by some means on the door frame
- Door must have radius on pivot edge.
- Pivot set features sealed bearings for protection against weather and debris.
- Not allowed for use on labeled doors and frames.
- Furnished with wood and machine screws.
