Description
The steel flange is threaded to accept included 12" heavy wall steel pipe. Four fasteners secure the flange to the floor. Brass tubing is then slid over the steel pipe, a #BFD-816-15 canopy flange (sold separately) conceals both the steel flange and fasteners.
