This item will not work for a 1/2" thick shelf, but they do have the same style bracket for 3/8" - 1/2" thick material. Click here to view the correct item.

Hello, I was wondering if these mounts would work well for a shelf that is 2' long, 8"deep and .5" thick/ I am having a hard time finding brackets/munt etc that can work with a .5" thick shelf. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
