Recent purchase - spindle length Emtek Arch Style Screen Door Lock (Oil Rubbed Bronze - Left)
Hi- I recently purchased this door hardware from your website. The specs say that this works on doors 1" to 1 1/2" deep. My door is 1" deep and the spindle is too long. I am replacing an older version of the same handle so all of the other parts fit perfectly. Can I get a spindle that will work with this hardware that will work with a 1" thick door or do I need to return this item?
