Selby 270° Slim-Line Rugged Hinge - EACH (Polished Brass)
I have a box with 3/8 think lid, not 5/8. Is there a smaller size

We have looked and have not found one. You can still use the hinge but be cautious of the length of screws you get. The barrel of the hinge will be more noticeable, but you could get some decorative onlays to disguise the differences in height.
