Technically yes, the size of the hinge would work for 3/4" thick material. However these hinges are for jewellery boxes and the like, not for something as large as a screen door. So you would either need to install quite a few of them to offset the strain of door (still not guaranteed to work) or go with something surface mounted like these. Or there are half surface. If you did not want the spring you could use these.
