The surcharge is a charge by item and not quantity. Your six pieces of the same item will be one surcharge. However, if you add a different length track (or a different item that has a surcharge) they will be added together. Our customer service department tries to catch when this happens and adjusts the surcharge to the one that is most applicable to your order and refunds the difference.
