The overall length of the Gatco Latitude II paper towel holder is 15.5" and the center to center for the screw holes is somewhat adjustable as the roller is spring loaded. It is meant to be used with the standard 11" paper towel roll. Per the product team at Gatco, you could bring it a little further apart depending on your application if you don't mind a bit of gap at the ends of the paper towel roll.
