We emailed the vendor about these shelf brackets and they said the top finger is 1-3/4" long.

Want to mount a glass shelf in drywall outside a kitchen window Casing. The casing is 0.5" depth. Want the upper finger to hold the 3/8" thick glass (33" W x 6" D). What is the length of upper finger?
The glass shelf will hold 4" pots with Herbs. Weight support ~10 to 15 lbs max.
