Yes, the inside sections will connect together so you will have a thumbturn on each side, allowing you to latch and unlatch the door from each side.

I don't need the doors to "lock", just latch and hold. If I get two of these, can I take the "inside" plate from each set and make what would essentially be a latching pass-through door?
