The Omega Kidney Shelf & Swivel Bearing Set does not include the fixed shelves; it includes the kidney shelves and the swivel bearing hardware to affix to your fixed shelves. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: in many cases these larger diameter susans will not fit into an existing cabinet if the counter top has already been installed. Please measure openings carefully.
