This is for a pair of adjustable bands and hooks, meaning a pair of complete hinge sets. The image shows a single hinge, you'll get two of them.
What do you mean by "PAIR"? Abbey Trading Gatemate 18" (457mm) Adjustable Bands and Hooks - PAIR (Hot Dipped Galvanized)
In the description for item ABB-508-450-1, it says "PAIR". Does that mean one pair of complete hinge sets, or does it mean one band and one hook??? The wording could go either way.
