Yes the Deltana Handrail Bracket ZHRBB326U26 can be used in a stairway. The small bracket that attaches to the bottom of the handrail can pivot so you can mount this on an angled handrail.
can this be used on a handrail for a stairway or must handrail be horizontally level? Deltana 2-3/4in. Handrail Bracket (Polished Chrome)
