Is there any adjustment as to ease of pulling out and closing?

My customer does not like how hard they have to pull to open and how hard they close. It shifts all the stuff in the drawers.

There is no adjustment as to how the drawer would close or open. There has to be some resistance to release the soft close and reactivate the soft close when shut. It shouldn't be to the point that it shifts items in the drawer.
