Good Day, How do I know if I need a long or medium reach on a therma true door kerf in weatherstrip?

Dark bronze not sure if I should order medium or long?

The difference is in the height if you bring them up on hardwarehut.com scroll down a bit from main pic and youll see a series of smaller pics, one shows the measurements. The med is 19/32" high , the long is 5/8" high
