Can I order just the 2 3/4” components? I mistakenly ordered 2 3/8’. Emtek Solid Brass Lausanne Tubular Door Entry Set (Double Cylinder - Bern Knob - Oil Rubbed Bronze - 2-3/4in. Backset)
I mistakenly ordered 2 3/8”. After we got the product my contractor told me that the doors were actually different than our other doors and we needed 2 3/4”. How can I order these parts? My original order was #m31528. Thanks!
