The plastic rollers themselves are 3/8" thick, and the overall bracket is 1/2". Please note that these center mount drawer slides are rated for a load of 50 lbs maximum.
what is thickness of steel side roller brackets? Knape and Vogt 22-5/8" (575mm) Center Mount Drawer Slide - Set
cheap Chinese similar item has weak side roller brackets which bend under heavy loads and then cause drawer too lower and drag on wood mullion its mounted on. Is there a heavier duty similar glide available?
