Unfortunately most casting numbers mean nothing except for the folk working at the plant to assemble the hinges and plates, although the 2D-4 on the plate I believe is for a 4mm face frame plate, If you do have the Grass Nexis plate you have some options for degree of opening and fixing type as in screw on or doweled hinges, If you have a 4mm Grass Face frame plate your doors should be covering about a half an inch overlay on the face frame.
