No, there is tension on the bolt so that it won't slide by itself from vibration or gravity.
If installed vertically at top of door, can this surface bolt slide open from gravity/vibration? Deltana Solid Brass 6" (152mm) Flush Bolt Square Edge - EACH (Oil Rubbed Bronze)
I want to install top and bottom to secore the little-used door of double doors.
