Many of the manufacturers we carry charge restock fees on returns that are not damaged/defective, view the relevant restocking policy for the manufacturer you are interested in.

Please call or use our online form to receive an RGA (return goods authorization) number within 30 days of purchase prior to returning merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without one. The customer is responsible for freight back. A twenty-five (25%) restocking fee applies to all returns. Verdigris and polished chrome finishes are non-returnable.
