You can order a 20" lazy susan with 3 shelves. It's item 6013-20-15-526. We do have a shaft extension that is item 96-3600-2-52. It's a 36" lower shaft assembly for use in 36" and 42" (915mm-1067mm) wall cabinet applications. The corresponding shelf only is item 6001-20-15-52.
