The wall should be measured and marked where the paper holder is going to be placed.
The wall is drilled for the plastic anchors. The plastic anchors should fit snug in the wall. Tap in with a hammer.
Screw in the cylindrical mounting pieces.
The paper holder slides onto the mounting pieces and is affixed using the included allen screws from underneath.
