I have 2 questions about the Sietto Reflective Sky Blue handles. Sietto Reflective 3" (76mm) Center-to-Center Glass Cabinet Pull (Aqua)
I am installing these for a friend who purchased the 2" and the 3". The hardware is too small, and I am wondering what the correct amount should be sticking out of the wood, to screw the handles down onto. 1/4? 3/8?. If I know that, I can get the correct length.
Also, on the 2" there is a tiny little bump on the brass, near the hole (on all of them) that doesn't allow them to be completely tightened to the wood. It leaves a gap, which doesn't seem to allow me to make them tight enough. What is that bump for?
