The Sugatsune Heavy-Duty Bar or Countertop Lift Assist Damper does not have a specific weight capacity. You will need to calculate your torque to determine how many lift assists you will need for your application. Below is the formula to calculate. Door height is measured from the hinged end of the door to the opposite end.
Inch / Pound Rating = Door Height ( in inches) x Door Weight (in lbs.) x 1/2 (.5)
Torque rating for Sugatsune Heavy-Duty Bar or Countertop Lift Assist Damper:
LADH-35: For 221-309 inch/lb. Rating (Max. Torque per piece)
