These are not handed, you can flip the item over to work for a door that swings in the other direction.
Is there the opposite handed version of this. Schlage B250-Series Deadlocking Latch, 2-3/4" Backset - Mortise - EACH (Bright Brass)
I switched the handing of my door not realizing that the latch was unidirectional. Please help me if you can.
