The Jeeves collection does not have the on/off switch on the unit as it is considered a "clean" model and is hard wired and meant to have an additional on/off wall switch or 24/7 programmable timer for operation. I've included some frequently asked questions about the Jeeves collection here.
Perhaps you have a couple of the Radiant models as those do have the on/off switch on the unit and look almost exactly the same as the Jeeves models.
