Our return policy for the Smedbo Air 7" (178mm) Wallmount Soap Dispenser (Polished Chrome/Frosted Glass) requires customers to contact us within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted. A 30% restocking fee applies to all Smedbo returns, and shipping is not refundable. Please note that each item on our site has its own specific return policy per manufacture requirements.
