We reached out to the vendor and discovered that the replacement knife blocks for the Rev-A-Shelf 8-3/4" (222mm) Base Cabinet Utensil Organizer w/Knife Block and Soft-Close (449KB-BCSC-8C) are only available as warranty replacements.
