Yes, you can install the Omega National 36" (914mm) Face Frame Style Spring Tension Track System for Tambour set after the appliance garage is in place. Here's an excellent video showing installation with the face frame off. It explains how to measure for your opening and the installation of the dowel with spring and collar. This next video is showing installation in a cabinet with the face frame on. It's more difficult but can definitely be done.
