We need a Sugastune hinge that opens farther than 95 deg (if possible) to replace the J95-24/16T keeping the 16mm or 5/8" overlay

Unfortunately there is not. There are other brands of hinges that will have a larger degree of opening but they are not Sugatsune nor are they the heavy duty hinges. Feel free to call customer service at 1-800-708-6649 if you wish to explore that option.
