I will have a 47 3/4" kitchen cabinet door. Can I use the S type?

How exact is the 47 1/4" maximum height restriction? it is a kitchen cabinet door so will not be heavy.

Upon contacting the vendor about the Sugatsune Pocket Door System with Soft-Close, for Inset Doors, they strongly recommended the M-type. This recommendation was based on thorough product testing, despite it being only 1/2" oversized.
