Indeed, the Sure-loc Adjustable Wall Mounted Barn Door Guide - EACH is designed with flexibility in mind. It has an adjustable feature that allows for a distance of up to 2-3/8" from the inside of the wall flange to the inside edge of the wheel. This means the barn door guide can accommodate a gap, where the door will slide, of up to 2-3/8".
