Emtek Solid Brass Davos Tubular Door Entry Set (Single Cylinder - Orb Knob - Satin Brass - 2-3/4in. Backset)
The outside handle is no longer able to fully retract the mechanism preventing the door from being opened. Prior to opening the handle up I would like to review the drawing specs.
