The Acorn Rough Iron Knob Set can be used in a verity of applications. The privacy function is typically used for bathrooms and bedrooms; the passage function is used in bedrooms, pantries, and rooms that do not require a lock; and the dummy function is a decorative knob used in inactive doors that do not require latches, such as the inactive side of a French door, or some closets.
