While it's not advisable to use a magnetic catch, like the Sugatsune Magnetic Door Stop and Holder, on a spring-assisted door, there's no certainty that the magnet's force will surpass the spring hinge's force without a test installation. If unsatisfied, you can return the product, but a restock fee applies and installed items are non-returnable.
