We do not know the size the hole needs to be or the size of the drill bit for glass as it is different from wood, but what we do have is the size of the bolt and the rubber protector used for installation.
Bolt: 5/16 of an inch
Protector: ½ an inch

Per the factory the diameter of the bolt provided with the Deltana Stainless Steel 42" (1067mm) Center-to-Center Contemporary Door Pull is 5/16”. The bit size should be 3/8” or 5/16” depending on availability (not all sizes are available for glass). I’d suggest to take the bolt to a hardware store and compare the best option there, just to make sure that they select the most accurate.
