I am having a hard time identifying specific Salice replacement hinges. Salice Concealed (Euro) Hinge and Plate (110° - Euro Box Const - 1/2 Overlay - Screw-On)

I recently obtained some furniture that has broken Salice hinges. I'm having a hard time identifying which product is appropriate to replace the damaged hinges. The only identifying information I can see on the hinges is that they are stamped "H02 4" on the cruciform member and "9P1" and "1P4" on the hinge part of the product. Can you help me identify the appropriate replacement parts?
