Ah, if it was that easy. Unfortunately, your idea will not work. The inset plate in question is designed for doors that are entirely inside the frame of the cabinet, meaning it would bring the door inside the frame. You will have to stick with the tried-and-true blocked-out face frame and 6mm plate with the super hinge.
