Can the Kreg hinge jig drill holes for the Salice hinges on cabinet door?

It would depend on the application. If you are using for a 3/8" inset application then the Distance Before Edge (DBE) needs to be 13mm from the outer edge of the door. The Kreg works on DBE's of 3mm-6mm so it wouldn't work.
