am trying to order some of your combi cam locks but on the order doesn't give an option of choose different cam

well we're trying to replace an existing combi cam lock with a similar lock but our locks have a reversible cam not flat, so is it possible to get the reversible cam instead?

You do not have to choose what cam comes with the 1-1/8" Combi-Cam Lock as it comes with three different ones and you toss the two you don't use. You'll receive (1) 3/4 inch straight cam, (1) 1-1/4 inch straight cam, and (1) 1-1/2 inch cam with a 1/4 inch reversible offset. Everything listed in the below diagram.
