Emtek Modern Stuttgart Door Leverset with 1.5"x5" Stretto Narrow Trim is for new door prep only, it does not work for pre drilled doors. It can be special ordered to accommodate a thicker door. Please reach out to customer service at (800) 708-6649 so that we can special order this with an extra thick door kit.
