will this hinge work for a cabinet door that has 3/4 INCH OVERLAY

Sadly no, the overlay is set at 1/2". If you tried to use it, it would push the door 1/4" away from the hinge, which would make it not line up with the opening and possibly even make two doors overlap and hit each other.
