Unfortunately, those numbers do not help us with identifying the part you need. I would recommend going to Hettich's website HERE where they can fill out a Warranty Claim form, attach photos, and provide information about the issue. The photos are required for them to be able to properly identify the part. A response can be expected within 36-72 hours from when the request was sent.
