Will the Kreg jig work with this hinge?

If not, what would be the best way for a novice to drill the cup hole? Thank you!

It would depend on the application. If you are using for a 3/8" inset application then the Distance Before Edge (DBE) needs to be 13mm from the outer edge of the door. The Kreg works on DBE's of 3mm-6mm so it wouldn't work.
