These are not designed for that height. It sounds like your cabinet has a drawer above it, whereas the Rev-A-Shelf 11-3/4" (298mm) Base Cabinet Utensil Organizer with Knife Block and Soft-Close is intended for use in a base cabinet without a drawer.
We will soon be listing a Century Components base cabinet organizer designed for shorter heights. This model will require a clearance of 20-1/4" and will not include a knife block.
