I have this on my current door. The lock spins and the handle drops and does not stay up in place.

I have a signet door. The door pull seems to be broken. The lock barrel spins and the handle in the inside (lever) drops and does not stay in place. Is there a repair kit?

There is, but Emtek has a pretty comprehensive warranty. I would reach out to who you originally purchased it from to see if you could get a replacement through warranty exchange. If that doesn't work, please reach out to our customer service at (800)708-6649 for additional information.
